AGEL sets a new milestone in India’s renewable energy (RE) history, adding one of the largest annual greenfield capacities at 5,051 MW. We are now the only company in India to have 19,294 MW operational capacity, strengthening our position as India’s largest RE company. The momentum reflects our unparalleled gigawatt-scale execution capabilities, disciplined project planning and a delivery engine designed to operate at national and global benchmarks.
We added 5,051 MW of RE capacity in FY 2025-26, enhancing our total operational capacity to 19,294 MW. The accomplishment marks the fastest and largest capacity addition in India and establishes a new precedent for execution velocity. With this, AGEL becomes the first and only RE company to surpass the landmark of 15,000 MW capacity, primarily through greenfield addition. This reflects both the scale of deployment and our ability to convert capital into operational assets at speed.
The expansion reinforces our leadership in India’s energy transition and positions us among the top 10 global RE independent power producers (IPP). It puts us on a firm trajectory toward the 50 GW target by 2030.
