Electricity Generation at Grid Scale

Adani O&M team, Ahmedabad

Our operational scale translated into unprecedented electricity generation volumes, enough to power small countries for an entire year. In FY 2025-26, our energy sales reached new highs, driven by capacity expansion and consistently high plant performance. This outcome reflects the maturity of our platform, where disciplined operations & maintenance (O&M), digital oversight and analytics translate into reliable power delivery and superior value creation.

New Highs in Electricity Generation

Our energy sales in FY 2025-26 increased by 34% to 37.6 billion units, supported by rapid commissioning on new capacities and strong operational performance. This scale of electricity generation strengthens our reputation as a critical supplier of clean power to India’s grid.

Analytics-powered Excellence

Our solid generation performance is anchored in one of India’s most advanced renewable operations platforms, Energy Network Operation Centre (ENOC), which enables centralised, analytics-driven O&M. Leveraging machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI), our platform ensures real-time monitoring, improved forecasting and predictive maintenance. Our O&M partner, Adani Infrastructure Management Services Limited (AIMSL), drives the entire operation, resulting in industry-leading plant availability, CUF and EBITDA margins.

How Our Tech- and Analytics-driven Operations Deliver

  • Real-time monitoring of operating assets across 12 states through ENOC at Ahmedabad
  • Granular performance insights
  • Predictive maintenance optimising mean time between failure (MTBF)
  • Suggests corrective actions in real time, reducing mean time to repair (MTTR)
  • Industrial cloud partnership with Google for AI/ML capabilities
